We recommend each team member duplicate this page and make it private (drag to the Private pages), so each team member can customize it without influencing what others see.

A few notes
<aside> 💡 General advice on functionality This template is created so that tasks are linked to the context they were created (a meeting, an issue ticket, a discussion in a meeting, etc.). However, there is no reliable way for Notion to automatically determine the correct context. You’ll need to manually link the context in which an item was created using the relational properties we created between databases.

<aside> 💡 A note on privacy. By default, everything in Notion is public and visible to anyone on the team. Make sure to restrict access if a meeting agenda contains sensitive information (1on1s, board meetings, etc.)
